I’ve just stated the 6 week weight cut program but I’ve already felt a difference. I’ve never done a proper weight cut without underrating, over training and left with zero energy and depleting my body. Especially as a female athlete it’s so important to make sure you aren’t doing any long term damages to your body through the process. I’ve noticed a huge difference with my energy levels throughout the day and through my trainings. And the meals are super easy to follow and taste great!
