Description: In this 60-minute coaching session, TFN will conduct a full health history evaluation, training schedule analysis, and dietary habits assessment with you to establish goals and build an individualized 1-week meal plan program suited to your specific needs.

Athlete-Coaching: 12-Week Targeted Program
Here at TFN, we believe in order to truly develop an individualized program, create goals, and see clients reach those goals, a 12-week program is needed to execute long lasting behavior changes. This 12-week program will include weekly 60-minute coaching calls, a full health history evaluation, training schedule analysis, dietary habits assessment, goal setting/tracking, body composition evaluation, weekly custom meal plans, and supplements needed over the duration of the program.
Price: $1000/month or PIF $2900 (save $397)

year-round flex coaching
As training seasons change, so do an athlete’s dietary needs.
